Will you smuggle your budgie for Youngcare in 2014?

The Youngcare Budgie Bolt is a 5km fun run in nothing but your budgie smugglers through the streets of Brisbane and Sydney. It's more than an excuse to wear your ‘budgies’ in public – it’s an opportunity to raise awareness and much needed funds for the 7,500 young Aussies with high care needs currently living in aged care.

On 22 March 2013 over 400 brave blokes and gutsy gals took part in the Budgie Bolt and collectively raised over $145,000 for young Aussies in need.

The event will be back in 2014 and we are looking to smash the 2013 target. To do this, we need more heroes who are brave enough to hit the streets of Brisbane or Sydney in nothing but budgie smugglers and a headband.

          Why: To make a profound impact on the lives of young Aussies in desperate need.
