Volunteer for Youngcare
The Youngcare volunteer family are worth their weight in gold! With no recurrent government funding, Youngcare’s work would not be possible without our awesome team of red vollies.
There are loads of opportunities to get involved; be part of the team and lend a hand around Youngcare HQ or join in on the fun at one of our events. We would love to welcome you into the Youngcare family!
Becoming a Youngcare volunteer means you are helping us to fight for freedom of choice for all young people with high care needs and their loved ones.

“I first volunteered for Youngcare a few years ago, because I wanted my daughter to experience the sense of joy that you get from volunteering.
Everyone I have met has a passion and drive that is really inspiring. As a single parent I know how incredibly fortunate I am to have had two healthy children and that making an impact does not have to be just about a financial contribution. Your time and commitment is invaluable.”
“I have been a regular volunteer, assisting with fundraising events, tin rattling and even some admin work in the Youngcare office. On each of those occasions I have found them to be well organised and welcoming, but above all, very grateful, for the donation of my time and effort towards the cause.
For me it a good opportunity to meet a lot of different people from all age groups and diverse nationalities, in support of the charity’s efforts.”
