Life’s a party at the share house
The community around the Youngcare Wooloowin Share House have been on a journey with the housemates from day one – and Jenna’s birthday party was no exception!
Over 40 people including friends, family, and neighbours came along to the Share House to join in the celebrations including local member Tim Nicholls MP and Councillor David McLachlan. Everyone enjoyed a BBQ, cake, party games, music and even a piñata! It was a very special day for everyone, especially birthday girl Jenna who chose a fancy dress theme.

Many young Aussies enjoy the lifestyle of living in a share house and the Youngcare housemates are no different. Close to Brisbane’s CBD, the house is light and bright with the four housemates enjoying socialising in the beautiful large living area and accessible kitchen as well as having their own private space in en-suited bedrooms. The state of the art automation system with wireless voice control, automatic doors and an iPad to operate the television, blind, lights, ceiling fan and air conditioning means the housemates can live their young lives with optimal independence.
