Corporate and business support
Get involved and make a real difference!
At Youngcare, we believe in building long term relationships with our corporate partners to create shared value, improving the position of each brand as well as addressing social needs in the community. We work with each partner to identify complementary company values, understand organisational goals and create opportunities, events, social media content and awareness campaigns which deliver on predetermined metrics.
Corporate Engagement opportunities
Sponsor or make a donation towards a Youngcare Program
- Register your organisation for the Tour de Office – an activity completed in your workplace, where staff can jump on a fitness bike during the day and raise funds for Youngcare!
- Sponsor an event such as one of our upcoming trek challenges, or a Youngcare signature event such as Y Women or Ribs & Red
- Attend an event
- Host an event or activity from a fancy cocktail function to a casual family fun day. Simply nominate Youngcare as a beneficiary of the event
Provide in-kind product donations or pro-bono services
A cost saved means Youngcare can continue to help young Aussies with high needs exit or avoid admission into aged care, and in turn, live a life of choice, independence and dignity. If your organisation can donate products or services that could be used towards raffles or auction prizes or if you are willing to contribute labour or materials for our building projects – we’d love to know.
Marketing and Public Relations
Marketing and public relations programs are developed on a custom basis to support our joint initiatives and promote our corporate partners. Working in collaboration with a wide range of Youngcare supporters and business leaders will enable your organisation to broaden its network and potential client base.
Sign up – to Corporate Traveller’s CARE Initiative and 0.5% of your travel expenses could be donated to Youngcare.
Staff engagement opportunities include
Opportunities such as employee volunteering and skills-sharing create deeper and wider engagement, enhancing and complementing internal human resource programs. Similarly, supporting or participating in events, workplace giving and adventure challenges can build teamwork and strengthen employee skills and enthusiasm.
Youngcare can work with your human Resources team to set up a Workplace Giving Program and provide tools, resources and conduct presentations with speakers, including the CEO and young Aussies who have benefited from our grants or accommodation.
Here are some useful tools to get you started: How to set up a Workplace Giving Program for your Human Resources or Payroll department.
Fundraise: Become a Red Racer: participate as an individual or sign-up a team in a fun run or cycle event and fundraise for Youngcare through Everyday Hero (we’ll show you how)
Volunteer: Youngcare couldn’t continue its work without the assistance of dedicated and inspirational volunteers who donate their time or specialised skills to support our team. Join the Youngcare volunteer family and help change the lives of young Aussies with high care needs.
