Park House Residences Chermside is located on the edges of leafy parkland and adjacent to the convenience of all that Chermside has to offer, including Westfield Shopping Centre, Kedron-Wavell RSL, Chermside Aquatic Centre and Chermside Library, providing an urban sanctuary for ten young people with high physical disabilities.

Park House offers young people with high care needs the choice to live within a fully integrated community, with the nine thoughtfully positioned accessible apartments salt and peppered throughout the complex.

Eligibility: resident’s must be 18 – 65, each resident must have approved SDA for high physical support in their plan.
