Oktoberfest is back! Youngcare is thrilled to have been named the charity partner of Oktoberfest Brisbane for the ninth year – and it’s safe to say, so are some of our housemates and residents who came along last year and can’t wait to return in 2016!
Brian, a housemate at the Youngcare Wooloowin Share House, went along to last year’s Oktoberfest with friends and family, enjoying all the activities, food and fashion the event has to offer as a premier German cultural festival!
Oktoberfest Brisbane have been supporters of Youngcare since the commencement of the festival in 2008. They have helped raise over $185,000 and continue to support young Aussies with high care needs. This year’s festival is across the weekends of 7-9 and 14-16 October, with a variety of activities supporting Youngcare. For more details, please visit www.oktoberfestbrisbane.com.au.
