The KFC Youth Foundation has announced Youngcare as one of its five charity partners. The KFC Youth Foundation gives KFC the chance to help young Aussies beyond their restaurants. It’s the opportunity to give young people the skills and support they need to thrive in the world now, and in the years beyond.
After the release of the KFC Youth Confidence report, it was discovered that 46% of young Australians experience a lack of confidence every day or most day, with two thirds of young people not agreeing that they have a lot to look forward to in life. These are staggering statistics, with so much opportunity to make things better!
With the announcement of Youngcare as one of the five partners of the KFC Youth Foundation, we thought we’d take a little surprise out to our Sinnamon Park residents.
We were greeted by some of the residents, who were waiting in anticipation for their KFC feast. Linda (pictured below left) was most excited for the coleslaw, and Sam (below, middle) was all about her #nugglife. All in all, it was a great excuse to sit down and have lunch with our Sinnamon Park residents and carers!
Youngcare is so grateful to be named as one of the charity partners. Visit the website to check out their merch here.
