An exciting venture in Sydney’s Western Suburbs

Youngcare’s Jordan Springs Projects

Youngcare is building 2x 3 bedroom homes for young people with high physical support needs in Jordan Springs, New South Wales. The two new developments have been designed to cater to families with loved ones with care needs so they can remain living together at home. There is also the opportunity for the homes to be used as a share house, with up to three young people with disability living together.

With fully accessible, modern living spaces, 24-hour on-site care and state of the art technology, the new residents will be living with more choice, independence and dignity than ever before.

Situated just off Jordan Springs Boulevard in the Secret Garden estate, overlooking the Secret Garden Lake, the developments provide a tranquil yet convenient lifestyle for the new residents.

The new homes are opportunely placed within walking distance to shops, schools, Medical Centres, public transport and restaurant precincts to ensure the residents have easy access to their new community.

Youngcare is grateful for the support of the New South Wales Government in this important project which will provide age-appropriate and dignified homes for young people living with high care needs.

Both properties are expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2020.
