Young Aussies supporting young Aussies
Time and time again the students of Moreton Bay Boys’ College and St Joseph’s Nudgee College have demonstrated that they truly believe all young people deserve to live young lives.
Fundraising events at the two schools over the past three months have resulted in an amazing donation of over $10,000 – equivalent to the cost of a ceiling-mounted hoist for a Youngcare resident to transfer through their apartment.
It is fantastic these students are getting so involved raising much-needed awareness and funds and we’d love to see more schools supporting the cause. It really does make a difference, so suggest Youngcare as a charity partner at your local school.
